Cancellation Policy
A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due seven (7) days prior to the event. One reschedule is permitted up to 48 hours before the event (subject to availability); retainers remain non-refundable. Service time begins at the scheduled start time. Clients must provide adequate space, power, and a safe environment. Additional time may be added on-site at the hourly rate. Custom designs must be approved in advance, and live-printed items may have slight variations due to on-site production. Galleries are delivered within 5–7 business days. Clients are responsible for any damage caused by guests or unsafe conditions. Cache & Capture may use event photos for marketing unless a written opt-out is submitted prior to the event. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
